Because let’s get real: witnessing your vibration plunge and not knowing how to stop it from spiraling down is very frustrating and discouraging.

But catching that critical moment when your vibration starts to dip and choosing to stay centered instead, now that’s empowering!

Holding a steadfast vibration can be challenging but it does not have to be strenuous and exhausting.

I used to let stressful situations and worry affect my vibration. I would also take on, absorb and attract vibes that I did not want!  The truth is that I did not know how not to let people and circumstances affect the peace I felt inside.

But once I figured out how to identify the type of energy coming at me and how to prevent lowering my own vibe, I began to be able to maintain my vibration and engage with others no matter how low they were vibrating.

Fact is:

No one else can lower your vibration.

You are the one in charge of your energy and the manager of your vibrations. When something of a lower frequency comes at you, you always have the power to choose if you are going to be affected by that energy or not.

You just need to:

- Understand your own energy

- Be able to manage it

- Identify energies around you

- Know how and when to dis-engage

Recognizing when you are in presence of a lower vibration and refusing to engage with it is going to save you  H O U R S of feeling low and down.

So why are so many people struggling to maintain their vibration?

I am not sure as there are so many reasons for a vibration to drop, but here is what I hear from souls over and over again:

"I meditate, I eat high vibes foods, I exercise, I go out in nature, I ground myself, I practice compassion and with all of this I still can not maintain my vibration. What am I doing wrong?

You see, most people understand what to do in order to raise their vibrations, and that is usually all they focus on – but they are totally unaware on HOW they engage energetically and WHAT they do unconsciously that lowers their vibrations.
